At Virtual Assistant Alliance, we are committed to providing high-quality online courses designed to help you achieve your professional and personal goals. We want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the course you’ve purchased, we offer the following a percentage refund policy:

1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if you meet the following criteria:

  • You have requested a refund within 3 days from the date of your course purchase.
  • You have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
  • Your refund request is in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to admin@virtualassistantalliance.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”
  • Include your full name, contact information, course name, and the reason for your refund request in the email.
  • We will review your request within 3 business days and get back to you with a decision.

3. Refund Approval

If your refund request is approved:

  • We will process the 20% refund to your total amount  within 7 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
